OnYourBike Bike Shop Registration Terms & Conditions Here are the terms for registering your bike shop ('you' / 'yours') with On Your Bike ('us' / 'we' / 'our'). By submitting this Registration Form you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of the bike shop and have read and understood our order process. By registering your shop you agree: (1) to accept an orders from employees on any scheme registered with us; (2) to hold orders for a period of up to 45 days; (3) to offer us a 10% discount on all bikes and accessories ordered unless we agree otherwise; (4) to us preparing your invoice and sending you a copy when we pay you (Self-Billing); (5) not to contact any of our clients on a direct basis without our permission to do so; (6) to us using non-sensitive details to promote your bike shop on our schemes; (7) to us sending you information to the email address you have provided in this form or through the post By accepting this registration we agree: (1) to keep you up-to-date with any orders you have placed on our schemes; (2) to notify you within 24 hours of any orders which are not authorised by an employer; (3) to notify you within 24 hours of any orders which are cancelled by an employee or an employer; (4) not to make your details available to any third parties for commercial purposes, (with the exception of our finance partner); (5) not to ask you to release any orders until you have been paid.
